1、對(duì)安裝場(chǎng)地的選擇和要求（Selection and requirements for installation site.）
安裝場(chǎng)地應(yīng)與車(chē)床、磨床和其他機(jī)械設(shè)備相距一段距離。場(chǎng)地應(yīng)打掃干凈，經(jīng)常保持干燥清潔，嚴(yán)防鐵屑、砂粒、灰塵、水分進(jìn)入FAG軸承。
The installation site should be away from the lathe, grinder and other mechanical equipment. The site should be cleaned, always keep dry and clean, strictly prevent iron scraps, sand, dust, moisture into FAG bearings.
2、檢驗(yàn)FAG軸承型號(hào)、備好安裝工具（Check the type of FAG bearing and prepare the installation tools.）
檢驗(yàn)FAG軸承型號(hào)、尺寸是否符合安裝要求，并根據(jù)FAG軸承的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)和與之配合的各個(gè)零部件，選擇好適當(dāng)?shù)难b配方法 ，準(zhǔn)備好安裝時(shí)用的工具和量具。常用的安裝工具有手錘、銅棒、套筒、專(zhuān)用墊板、螺蚊夾具、壓力機(jī)等，量具有游標(biāo)卡尺、千分尺、千分表等。
Check whether the type and dimension of FAG bearing meet the installation requirements, and according to the structural characteristics of FAG bearing and the various parts matched with it, select the appropriate assembly method, prepare the tools and measuring tools for installation. 3、檢驗(yàn)FAG軸承裝配表面（Check the FAG bearing assembly surface.）
FAG軸承裝配表面及與之配合的零件表面，如有碰傷、銹蝕層、磨屑、砂粒、灰塵和泥土存在，一則FAG軸承安裝困難，造成裝配位置不正確；二則這些附著物形成磨料、易擦損FAG軸承工作表面，影響裝配質(zhì)量。因此，安裝前應(yīng)對(duì)軸頸、軸承座殼體孔的表面、臺(tái)肩端面、及連接零件如襯套、墊圈、端等的配合表面，進(jìn)行仔細(xì)檢驗(yàn)。如有銹蝕層，可用細(xì)銼銼掉，細(xì)砂布打光，同時(shí)也要清除FAG軸承裝配表面及其連接零件上的附著物。

Therefore, before installation, the surface of journal, housing hole of bearing seat, shoulder end face and fitting surface of connecting parts such as bushing, washer and end should be carefully inspected. If there is a rust layer, can be filed off, fine sand cloth polishing, but also to remove FAG bearing assembly surface and attachments on the connecting parts.
